TAGLaw Holds International Conference in Edinburgh, Scotland

TAGLaw®, recently held its 32nd international conference in Edinburgh, Scotland. As the featured keynote speaker, Rt Hon Lord Norman Lamont, Former Chancellor of the UK Exchequer, presented on "The Future of Europe."

 

In addition to TAGLaw members, delegates from TAGLaw's affiliate alliances, TIAG® (The International Accounting Group) and TAG-SP™ were in attendance. All three alliances are collectively known as the TAG Alliances™.

"The recent economic and political events in Europe and the United Kingdom provided a compelling backdrop for Lord Lamont's keynote address and our entire conference," said Robert Sattin, President of the TAG Alliances. "Our European and UK members are critical to the TAG Alliances, and having a conference in Scotland is something about which we are proud."

In addition to the keynote address and networking sessions, TAGLaw members attended a variety of informative and educational sessions aimed at firm and practice development. Sessions and speakers at this conference included:

  • Various "Specialty Group" breakout sessions.
