MSK Lawyers Named Top Litigators in the Music Industry by Billboard Magazine

MSK is proud to announce that partners, Russell J. Frackman and Christine Lepera, were named among Billboard's prestigious 2016 list of “Top Lawyers” within the music industry in the category of Litigation.

Mr. Frackman was highlighted for his recent victory winning over $300 million for the major labels in actions against SiriusXM and Pandora over payment of royalties for pre-1972 recordings. Christine Lepera was also honored for her work defending leading entertainers in the music industry, including Timbaland, Protoons and others.
