[2020-10-29] Webinar: The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)

As the U.S. Department of Labor has just published revisions and clarifications to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), employers are asking what this means for them. Additionally, as the FFCRA is set to expire on December 31st, 2020, employers are also continuing to inquire about available tax credits.

Join us for an in-depth discussion with Berdon LLP Senior Principal, Naya Pearlman and Tara Toevs Carolan, Partner of Tarter Krinsky & Drogin LLP, as they address these, and other frequently asked questions posed by employers, including:

-What tax credits are available under the FFCRA?

-What will be affected if the deadline for these FFCRA provisions is extended past 12.31.20?

-Are there labor laws or other issues to be aware of?
