Florida Courts Clarify Scope of the Communications Decency Act Safe Harbor

In Giordano v. Romeo, 37 Fla. L. Weekly D31c, (Fla. 3d DCA December 28, 2011), the Florida Third District Court of Appeal recently ruled that the Communications Decency Act provides absolute immunity

to interactive computer services that host defamatory speech.
