Oller IP Wins Recognition

Oller Abogados’ featured as a leading intellectual property specialist in Latin America by Latin Lawyer

We are delighted to inform that the prestigious Latin Lawyer Magazine has selected Oller Abogados as one of Latin America’s leading intellectual property firms. Mauricio Bonilla, head of Oller Abogados IP department, was signaled as the go-to person.

The magazine conducted a survey amongst industry leaders, attorneys and subscribers in Latin America, the United States and elsewhere to determine “the leading IP lawyers and practice groups in Latin America today”. The results have been published in their August/September edition.

Mauricio Bonilla, 30, is a partner and head of the intellectual property practice group at Oller Abogados.  He holds a law degree from the Collegium Academicum, Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica and is an active member of ASIPI, INTA and He is married to Paola Desanti.
