Marsh, C. Bradford


C. Bradford Marsh graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. degree in 1981, and the J.D. degree in 1984. He was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, Blue Key (President) and the Mortar Board Honor Society. He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1984.

Mr. Marsh is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the Atlanta Claims Association. He is also an active patron member of The Japan America Society of Georgia. Mr. Marsh has been active with the Defense Research Institute, particularly with the specialized litigation groups of the Products Liability Committee and he spoke at the DRI Products Liability Meeting in Las Vegas on "Failure to Warn" claims.

Mr. Marsh was a former guest editor for the newsletter of the Specialized Litigation Groups for Consumer Goods and Office Equipment and Agricultural, Construction, Mining and Industrial Equipment (ACMIE). He has been active in the American Bar Association where he served as Vice Chair of the Products, General Liability and Consumer Law Committee of the Tort and Insurance Section. Mr. Marsh presented a paper and spoke at the American Bar Association Annual Meeting on the "Problems and Pitfalls in Litigation Involving a Foreign Party." He has served as a panel participant for a joint meeting of the Risk and Insurance Management Society (RIMS) and the Self Insurers and Risk Managers Committee of the American Bar Association. He was the co-author of a section of the Reference Handbook on the Comprehensive General Liability Policy, published by the Tort and Insurance Practice Section of the ABA entitled, "Emotional Distress as Bodily Injury Under a Comprehensive General Liability Insurance." Mr. Marsh also co-authored "The Insurance Law Annual Survey" for the Mercer Law Review. Mr. Marsh was named a Georgia Super Lawyer by Atlanta Magazine for 2005 and 2006.

In 2001, Mr. Marsh was appointed by the State Bar President to serve on the Review Panel of the State Disciplinary Board of the State Bar of Georgia, and was elected Chairman in 2004. He is a member of the firm’s products liability and employment law practice groups.
