Randy Jones' legal practice includes the following areas: federal and state energy regulatory matters, administrative proceedings and litigation; commercial law and litigation; environmental law, administrative proceedings and litigation; general civil litigation and appeals; international litigation and arbitrations; construction law and litigation; admiralty law; and juvenile litigation.

Mr. Jones has extensive experience with oil pipeline matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and litigation, administrative proceedings, arbitration proceedings and commercial transactions domestically and internationally involving oil pipelines and refineries, natural gas pipelines and plants, electric generating facilities and coal mines (including two years as General Manager of Coal Sales domestically and internationally); environmental matters including due diligence reviews, consent orders, permitting, variance hearings, hazardous waste disposal and litigation; commercial trials, appeals, arbitrations and mediations as plaintiff and defendant; M&A, commercial law and admiralty experience domestically and internationally (handling transactions in ten countries); and representation of children in abuse/neglect and criminal trial proceedings.
