Profile: Alison McClure Joined Blake Lapthorn in 1984 and on qualification built up the firms personal Injury and clinical negligence practice becoming a partner in 1990. She is a member of both law Society and AVMA Clinical negligence panels and conducts substantial litigation on behalf of claimants against NHS trust and doctors and healthcare practitioners in private practice. In addition she prepares case for prosecution before the various regulatory bodies in the health professions. With her knowledge of the healthcare sector Alison heads up the firms health and care sector group looking at both contentious and non contentious aspects of this practice area. Alison has always had an interest in training and speaks regularly to audiences on a variety of healthcare related issues.
