Charles D. Marshall, Jr. (PC)

is a member of the New Orleans, Louisiana State, and American Bar Associations, and a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Louisiana State University (B.A., 1967; J.D., 1971). He has lectured at the Louisiana Mineral Law Institute, and authored "Liability in Oil and Gas Operations, An Operator’s Perspective." He has tried cases involving oil and gas contracts, environmental clean-ups, royalty cases, and those arising in other areas of commercial litigation. His primary areas of practice include energy law, oil and gas, property and environmental law, commercial litigation, and mediation.
