Profile: Elaine specialises in commercial litigation and has experience of resolving a wide variety of commercial and contractual cases. Her particular fields of expertise are professional negligence and defamation. Elaine joined Blake Lapthorn in 1996 from Reynolds Porter Chamberlain having first trained in the City with Norton Rose. Elaine qualified in 1993. In 2002, she was awarded an LLM in Advanced Litigation with distinction from Nottingham Trent University.
