Associate
Caroline joined Brouse McDowell in May 2006 as an Associate in the Litigation practice group. Prior to joining Brouse McDowell, Caroline worked with The Honorable Terrence O’Donnell, Justice, The Supreme Court of Ohio as a Judicial Law Clerk. She is experienced in drafting opinions and has worked on matters involving complex litigation in civil and criminal actions. Caroline’s work also includes, researching federal and state law regarding issues of first impression in Ohio, preparing memoranda for merit cases, original actions, miscellaneous motions, certified state law questions, and discretionary appeals.
