 Hartquist, Skip
David "Skip" Hartquist is a Partner and Chairman of the Firm's International Trade and Customs Practice Group. He also is the Managing Partner of the Firm's economic consulting subsidiary, Georgetown Economic Services. He concentrates on international trade law and represents clients before the White House, numerous Executive Branch departments and agencies, regulatory agencies and the U.S. Congress. Mr. Hartquist's clients include Allegheny Technologies Incorporated, AK Steel Corporation, Carpenter Technology, the China Currency Coalition, the Copper and Brass Fabricators Council, Olin Corporation, the Specialty Steel Industry of North America and the Valve Manufacturers Association.
