Alan is head of our Corporate Department. He deals with all aspects of corporate and business law including:-
- acquisitions, mergers and disposals;
- corporate finance and investment;
- MBOs;
- reconstructions, work-outs and administrations;
- corporate insolvency, and advice to directors and stakeholders.
As a registered Insolvency Practitioner, Alan also heads the firm’s Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Unit.
He features in Chambers 2010 as a leader in his field.
