Ken is a partner in our Litigation Department. He specialises in commercial litigation and deals with all aspects of commercial work. He represents a diverse range of clients in a wide range of areas including:-
- contract disputes;
- delict;
- property disputes;
- debt recovery;
- insolvency.
Ken has significant experience of dispute resolution by means of mediation, arbitration and court proceedings.
