McLeod, Robert A.
Bob, chair of the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group, guides executors, trustees, guardians and conservators through the complex maze of required court proceedings. He helps relieve the stress of working with the court system by applying years of experience to navigate the quickest route through the judicial process.
Bob has additional experience within a Big Four accounting firm, where he was a senior associate and tax attorney. He also holds a master of laws degree in taxation law.
An adjunct professor of law at William Mitchell, Bob teaches Estate and Trust Law. He is also a frequent lecturer on estate planning.
When it comes to estate planning, his extensive tax and probate planning experience gives clients the comfort and security of knowing their last wishes will be addressed in the most tax advantageous manner.
