Profile: Alan qualified in 1986 and after a brief spell in the provinces spent 10 years in the City in the Commercial Property Department of Mayer Brown's UK predecessor, Rowe & Maw. He joined Blake Lapthorn in 1997 and is a real estate partner working in the Southampton office. He deals with all aspects of real estate work with particular emphasis on landlord and tenant work in the retail sector and freehold and leasehold work for industrial and office properties.
