Hicks, Eleanor

Ms. Hicks practices general corporate and securities law. 

Ms. Hicks has represented a variety of private and public companies as well as financial institutions in a number of corporate transactions. Ms. Hicks has represented clients in venture financings, mergers and acquisitions and public equity offerings. Ms. Hicks has also advised clients on securities regulation issues, reporting obligations and corporate formation and governance issues.

Professional Activities
Ms. Hicks was admitted to the California State Bar in 2004.

Education
Ms. Hicks graduated from Georgetown University in 1998 where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with Honors. Ms. Hicks earned her J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004.
