Paul Madison is a partner in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. He focuses his practice on information technology, outsourcing and telecommunications matters. Mr. Madison represents companies that wish to engage providers of information technology, telecommunications and outsourcing services, and also represents the providers of these services. He has negotiated hundreds of IT service agreements, including complex systems integration projects with multiple service providers, application service provider agreements, enterprise software licensing arrangements, Web hosting agreements, and software development and maintenance agreements. His experience includes negotiating significant agreements with some of the foremost information technology and telecommunications services providers.
