Position: Head of Immigration
Gavin Jones joined the firm in January 2011. Gavin is an experienced practitioner in the field of corporate immigration, having successfully developed the immigration practice at Taylor Wessing before moving to Fragomen, a global immigration practice where he was responsible for a team of 34. His legal expertise comprises all areas of UK business immigration acting for multi-nationals through to start-up companies and he has advised on the full extent of entry clearance applications, as well as personal applications for UK residency and nationality, settlement and citizenship and student applications. In an area of law which continues to see rapid change, this new role will enhance the current services offered by our Employment team to both existing and new clients.
Gavin was previously a contributing editor to The Investors Guide to the UK and is listed by Chambers UK and Legal 500 as an expert in this field.
