Jennifer Chiu

Jennifer Chiu is a senior associate at Liang & Partners. She heads up the securities investment department and is responsible for offshore and onshore funds and the establishment of Securities and Investment Trust Enterprises and Securities and Investment Consulting Enterprises. Jennifer is also heavily involved in corporate law, the establishment of local branches and subsidiaries for foreign corporations, and counts many listed companies among her clients. She also practices in the M&A, I.P., and commercial law areas.
