Kerri is a partner in our Property and Projects division based in the Brisbane office.
Kerri has over 20 years experience in all aspects of commercial and property law with a particular emphasis on projects involving community titles schemes. Her areas of practice include the design, documentation and titling of development subdivisions, joint venture agreements, body corporate and community management advice including the acquisition and sale of management rights, commercial and retail leasing, business acquisitions and sales and all aspects of property conveyancing (from shopping centres to cottage) including extensive experience with the purchase and sale of lots "off the plan". Kerri also has extensive experience in deceased estate administration.
Kerri acts for a number of developers (both large and small) including the developers of The Ecovillage at Currumbin which was recently awarded the World's Best Environmental Development in the 2008 FIABCI Prix D'Excellence Awards in Amsterdam.
