Berger Singerman, Florida’s business law firm, is pleased to announce that its Partner, Michael J. Higer, will be sworn in as the 69th president of The Florida Bar when The Bar holds its Annual Convention in Boca Raton. He will be sworn in during the General Assembly on Friday, June 23rd.

Inversiones Agrícolas y Comerciales S.A. and Empresas Carozzi S.A. (“Empresas Carozzi”) have retained Guerrero Olivos for the acquisition of 99,93% of the shares of Bonafide S.A.I. y C. (“Bonafide”) a company incorporated under the laws of Argentina which is devoted to the production and commercialization of coffee, snacks and candy, it also operates more than 238 coffee store and restaurants (under franchise scheme) in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

The Indiana law firm of Barrett McNagny LLP is pleased to announce that Justin T. Molitoris and Tom Ludwiski have joined the firm. Both will concentrate their practice in the area of business and corporate law.

Mr. Molitoris received his B.A. in Political Science and B.A. in English, with honors, from the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University in 2011. He obtained his J.D., cum laude, at Indiana University – Maurer School of Law in 2014. Following law school, Mr. Molitoris worked for several years at a Fort Wayne law firm in the areas of business, corporate and municipal law.
