In total, all five partners and six practices of PVG, as well as six associates, were recognized and recommended by the latest editions of Chambers Latin America and Legal 500 Latin America.

Chambers Latin America, in its 2018 edition, nominated PVG in the following three categories: (a) Banking and Finance, (b) Capital Markets and (c) Corporate/M&A. Furthermore, three of the firm's partners were recommended for their work in their respective practices:

  • Marcelo Perlman was recommended in both Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets categories.
  • Rubens Vidigal Neto was recommended in Capital Markets.
  • Luciano de Souza Godoy was recommended in Dispute Resolution.

DQ Advocates is a modern, dynamic firm that has a great focus on teamwork and recognising the value of all members of the team. So it was no surprise in 2015 when DQ’s Board invited the DQ Associates to meet regularly to discuss matters that are important to them, recognising that the younger generation of fee earners at DQ may have values and needs in the workplace that differ from those of the generation above. In turn, this means they are able to provide valuable and important contributions to DQ’s “way of business”, even if they do not necessarily conform to more traditional business views. From this, the DQ Associates - Tara Cubbon, Adam Killip, Libby Gordon, Kirsten Middleton, and Jessica McManus, with Trainee Advocate Ellen Jarvis – started holding fortnightly “millennials committee” meetings.

Manchester commercial law firm Kuits has once again been awarded Leading Firm status in the Chambers UK Guide 2018.

Kuits retained a top Band 1 ranking for corporate/M&A, with executive partner Robert Levy and head of the department Rob Buckley also retaining their ranking as Band 1 lawyers, the highest commendation for leading individuals.
