Alfonso Villegas to Co-lead VBA Brown Bag Law Study

Gravel & Shea’s Alfonso Villegas along with Jordana Levine of Marsicovetere & Levine Law Group, will be co-leading the Vermont Bar Association Brown Bag Law Study covering Criminal Law and Procedure, April 11 and 12, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 1 PM.

These 90-minutes sessions will cover criminal law, including elements of offenses along with the rules of accomplice liability. Criminal procedure consists of the rules and constitutional considerations that govern criminal investigations and prosecutions.
