Ordinance no. 295-A/2022, of 13 December was published, amending the Regulations of the APOIAR Programme, approved in annex to Ordinance no. 271-A/2020, of 24 November.
This Liquidity Incentive Scheme operates within the scope of financing provided by the European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF), limited to the 'APOIAR' programme, in particular 'APOIAR TURISMO’ under the following terms:
Up to the limit of 10% of the final support paid and received, cumulatively, by each beneficiary company, under the 'APOIAR.PT', 'APOIAR + SIMPLES' and 'APOIAR RESTAURAÇÃO measures.
In case there is a surplus of the respective budget allocation, that value will be proportionally distributed among the beneficiary companies, according to the support initially granted, up to a limit of 50% in relation to those already paid and received, cumulatively, within the scope of 'APOIAR.PT', 'APOIAR + SIMPLES' and 'APOIAR RESTAURAÇÃO'.
