Pearl Cohen represents Sol-Gel in $75 million IPO

Sol-Gel Technologies Ltd. (“Sol-Gel”) (NASDAQ:SLGL) announced the pricing of its initial public offering for an aggregate proceeds of $75.0 million. Jefferies LLC and BMO Capital Markets Corp. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. JMP Securities LLC and Raymond James & Associates, are acting as co-managers.
