Mark Dreyer has practiced as a litigator since 1988.  He devotes a considerable amount of his practice to representing different segments of the propane industry as well as the vehicle rental industry.  He has defended propane retailers and tank manufacturers in personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims in several states, as well as provided counsel regarding regulatory compliance matters. Mr. Dreyer's work in the vehicle rental industry includes representing a major vehicle rental excess liability insurer in coverage disputes across the country, as well as providing risk management advice to rental car companies.  His vehicle rental risk management work has entailed counseling regarding traditional, self-insured and fronted insurance programs, drafting manuscript coverages, and structuring coverage under a risk retention group.  He has served as defense counsel to vehicle rental companies in connection with major personal injury and wrongful death claims as well as coverage disputes.  Mr. Dreyer has also successfully represented a large vehicle rental company in connection with over 150 claims and suits brought against it following the bankruptcy of one of the company's major licensees in the northeast United States.

In addition to representing the interests of the propane industry, Mr. Dreyer also regularly defends other product manufacturers in personal injury and property damage claims, including claims of defective design and manufacturing, failure to warn, negligence, and breach of warranty; and has provided counseling regarding  product hazard notifications to the Consumer Protection Safety Commission.  He has been engaged to defend nursing homes against claims of negligence and abuse, as well as traditional insurance defense. Mr. Dreyer's experience also includes litigating trademark infringement claims on behalf of franchisors.

Mr. Dreyer is a past member of the Parent Child Center of Tulsa Board of Directors, a past President of the University of Tulsa College of Law Alumni Association, and is currently a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America.
