Jared Giddens has been lead counsel for local, regional and national banks and financial institutions in litigation, loan workout and bankruptcy matters.  Mr. Giddens is a seasoned litigator with significant expertise assisting financial managers in bankruptcy/reorganization matters.  His practice spans a wide range of complexity, industry groups and public interest.

Recently he has used his twenty six years experience to advise management on lending practices, creative strategies, crisis management, product development and other core issues.  On occasion Mr. Giddens will also represent those who have been unfairly treated by a financial institution.  Also, by maintaining his Certified Public Accountant designation, he can provide clients with unique insight into today’s financial business markets.
