Benjamin Waltuch is a Partner in the Corporate Finance & Securities Group at Pearl Cohen's Tel Aviv office. His practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions including M&A transactions, IPOs and other US securities filings, venture capital and private equity investments, commercial agreements and loan facilities. Benjamin has represented companies and their financing sources, buyers and sellers, lenders and borrowers, service providers and customers. His clients range from banks and other financial institutions to companies in the solar and green energy, hotel, manufacturing, telecom, software, medical device and waste processing industries.

Born and educated in the US, Benjamin practiced law in New York City at leading international law firms for more than seven years and for ten years at a Tel Aviv law firm, five of them as a partner.
