Matt is a trial lawyer with extensive litigation and trial experience in both Federal and State Courts, as well as various arbitration forums.
A former bull rider, Mr. Holley takes a "no bull" approach to litigation, always seeking to obtain results for his clients in the most efficient and cost effective manner possible.
Matt is also an avid backpacker and a connoisseur of Texas music.

Successfully tried an ERISA suit involving multiple plaintiffs seeking millions of dollars in damages
Obtained a multi-million dollar settlement for a client against an insurance company and broker who sold the client a tax shelter that was subsequently challenged by the IRS
Obtained a multi-million dollar judgment against an excess liability insurance carrier on behalf of another liability insurer
