Josh Bendor is an associate in the firm's litigation group. Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, Josh was a law clerk for the Honorable Andrew D. Hurwitz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the Honorable Paul A. Engelmayer of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and an Arthur Liman Fellow at the ACLU of Arizona. Before law school, Josh researched economic policy at the Brookings Institution, worked on the policy and field staffs of Barack Obama's 2008 campaign, and was then appointed by President Obama to a position at the U.S. Department of Education.
