Areas of Expertise

Peter is a corporate lawyer with specific expertise in M&A, equity investment and joint ventures. He has a wealth of experience of complex transactional matters, including cross-border M&A and JVs. He is particularly skilled at building long-term relationships with owner managers of businesses, helping them grow their business and then ultimately guiding them through their succession-planning and/or exit processes.

Though he has advised on transactions in varied sectors, Peter has specific expertise on transactions in the Food and Beverage sector.

Peter spent 18 months of his career in-house at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London assisting the UK business on its participation in the $3.5 billion sale of the IT consultancy business to IBM.
