Guerrero Olivos Launches Agribusiness Practice

Given the importance of the agricultural production sector in Chile, law firm Guerrero Olivos has created an agribusiness practice, comprising three lawyers with expertise in various fields.

The new practice is led by partner José Gabriel Undurraga, a specialist in business law, regulatory markets and real estate. The team also includes associate Francisca Pellegrini, a specialist in natural resources and water rights, and associate Diego Rodríguez, a capital markets, investment funds and capital structuring expert.

The practice offers services to clients such as agricultural producers and exporters, trade unions and investment funds.

The creation of the practice corroborates and strengthens the counselling Guerrero Olivos provides to its clients, and which is characterized by its efficient management of critical and complex legal situations that transcend mere judicial matters.
