Dykema, a leading national law firm in dental services, is proud to announce that its Dental Service Organizations (DSO) Industry Group provided legal representation to Bain Capital Double Impact, the impact investing business of Bain Capital, in its investment in Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics, a premier group-practice provider of specialty dental services to families throughout the state of Texas.

The partnership resulting from the deal will enable Rodeo Dental to rapidly expand its patient access to high-end, oral health care services in Texas and beyond. Dykema attorneys Brian Colao, Eric White, Zack Hoard, Craig Woods, Kathy Kudner, Eric Klein and Kristin Naidysh worked on the transaction.

Given the importance of the agricultural production sector in Chile, law firm Guerrero Olivos has created an agribusiness practice, comprising three lawyers with expertise in various fields.

The new practice is led by partner José Gabriel Undurraga, a specialist in business law, regulatory markets and real estate. The team also includes associate Francisca Pellegrini, a specialist in natural resources and water rights, and associate Diego Rodríguez, a capital markets, investment funds and capital structuring expert.

The practice offers services to clients such as agricultural producers and exporters, trade unions and investment funds.

The creation of the practice corroborates and strengthens the counselling Guerrero Olivos provides to its clients, and which is characterized by its efficient management of critical and complex legal situations that transcend mere judicial matters.


Fillmore Riley’s team, “Motion to Strike Cancer,” exceeded our goal of $45,000, raising $54,000 for CancerCare Manitoba through our participation in Challenge for Life 2.0.

Through our past involvement in the Challenge for Life Walk and the Dragon Boat Festival, we have now raised more than $300,000 that went towards helping Manitobans affected by cancer.

Each member of Motion to Strike Cancer committed to raise a minimum of $500 and to walk 20 kilometres on June 8. Stuart Blake, a partner of Fillmore Riley and a member of the Board of Directors at CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, singlehandedly raised $23,175.
