We are pleased to inform you that as of February 1st of this year, due to his great career within the firm, our associate Miguel Vallejo Guerra has been appointed as Partner. Miguel specializes in mergers and acquisitions, economic competition and capital markets. Miguel has participated in the acquisition and sale of several companies, has obtained authorizations of concentrations from the Federal Economic Competition Commission and participated in the issuance and placement of debt instruments through the stock markets, among others.
Also, due to his great career within the firm, our associate José Alejandro Casas Farías has been appointed Counsel on the same date. José’s practice is specialized in capital markets. He has also participated in advising numerous commercial, industrial and service companies as well as financial institutions in relation to the issuance and placement of capital and debt instruments through the stock markets; including equity instruments, short-term and long-term debt instruments, trust debt certificates and subordinated debentures.
