What is something unique about your firm?
Herrick was originally established in 1928 as a boutique law firm in New York City. What makes Herrick unique is the way the firm and its practices have grown and evolved over the last 95 years. Our longevity has allowed us to develop deep relationships with New York City’s leading stakeholders and organizations. We consistently embrace our heritage and values including maintaining an excellent level of professional service for our clients and a culture of respect and collegiality at the firm. We have developed and cultivated nationally recognized practices in a number of areas including real estate, state and federal court litigation, restructuring and finance litigation, complex corporate transactions, sports, employment, private clients and tax. It is unusual for a firm of our size to have the ability to provide a full range of services to our major clients, allowing us to advise on everything from founding a company to business divorce and virtually everything in between.
